With just days to go to Oktoberfest, event organisers have announced who will officially open the North East’s largest manufacturing and engineering event - and with over 90 exhibitors participating and some excellent companies lined up for the ‘meet the buyer’ programme, this year’s looks set to be the best yet.

Oktoberfest 2011 takes place on Wednesday, October 19th – and with a wealth of advice and support on offer to attendees, promises to be the best yet. The showcase event, now in its fourth year, gives businesses from the manufacturing and engineering sectors the perfect platform to promote their diverse range of skills. However, a number of professional service organisations have also signed up to highlight the ways in which they can offer business assistance to attendees.

Durham Oktoberfest 2011 is now only one week away! The North East’s Premier Engineering & Manufacturing event takes place on Wednesday 19th October at the Xcel Centre, Newton Aycliffe, from 09.30 – 16.00.
